REFUNDS OF DELIVERY CHARGES
Postage and packaging charges are only refundable for faulty goods, goods not as described or incorrect orders
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
In this case, we will provide a full refund, but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost should you already have received them.
Once we have received the items, we will refund you on the payment option you used to purchase the order.
